As promised, some photo's of the first Wildcamp of 2014.
The location was top secret; just a few feet from Hull Pot, under the shadow of Pen-y-Ghent, just off the B6479 at Horton in Ribblesdale
So, Gator, the Sherbinator and myself decided to start the season off with a fairly easy first camp. Nice location, next to the stream. Great company, spicy ribs, hotdogs, marshmallows, Bombay mix, wine, beer, cider and a roaring fire. Tales flowed until the small hours. Such fun.
Getting to the site:

At the pot, just before sunset:

Nice place for a camp:

A bit of night photography.

Woke up to ice on the tents!

Back to the cars:

Makes you glad to be alive:

Cheers fellas.

An excellent night indeed. But I missed not having any advocaat! It's just not the same without it.
Getting ready in the car park.

Some gay (that means happy) riders.

The drop of death.

Friends ....awww friends!

Setting up camp.

Some "action" shots.

Camping.

In the morning we left no trace, except a single soggy wotsit.

Excellent photos mate. Imagine what you could do with an AWESOME camera. Yes, jigs, I can confirm the femininity of his saddle.

Champion photos Gator.
Your first picture scared the crap out of me. I wouldn't want to meet him on a dark night, in a forest, with an owl.
I love the camera angle on the Hull Pot photo with the bikes in the distance. It gives a real sense of scale.
